Many other hosts use Fantastico to auto-install WP, though I don't know which ones. You don't need Fantastico to install a wordpress blog either, it's just easier that way. If you do use a host that doesn't use Fantastico to install a blog, try checking your host's FAQ and WordPress' FAQ. Hope that helps!
